<p>IE Singapore has unveiled a five-year plan to step up trade and give Singapore companies more help to go overseas. It will pay part of the costs for local firms to venture into new markets, CEO Chong Lit Cheong said on Tuesday.<p>Under the new SME Market Access Programme, IE Singapore will fund 50 per cent of third-party costs, such as fees involved in product listings, drafting and submission of legal documents, and finding distributors and partners.
