Synopsis: This is a special episode of The Straits Times' video series The Big Story.
Experts say the major stumbling block to phase three is the inadequate adoption of the TraceTogether app or token. So far, around 2.9 million people have downloaded the app or collected the token, an uptake of 50.8 per cent and a far cry from the 70 per cent target.
The Big Story hosts Hairianto Diman and Olivia Quay speak with Associate Professor Alex Cook, from the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, as he believes the take-up rate will speed up in the next month, which could affect when Singapore enters phase three.
